Self Reliance Activities and School Maintenance

Students always participate in self reliance activities

such as keeping cattle project, piggery unit, coffee farm,gardenning,and tree nursery project.
Students were also growing maize and beans whenever weather condition was conducive

They also take part in scholl maintenance programmes such as special brigaide who normally take care of building roofs and, water systems. students also participate to help prepare sites for new buildings.

The school got a sheild of honour from Nile villey Transboundary project for its Participation in environment care

The school also keeps the students health by using the products they get from self reluiance projects as a supliment of their meals which is taken together in the school Dining Hall.

As such health problems have been reduced to about 60% per annum from 1998 to 2006
